Custom builds: Burial shrouds are approximately 110* 110 inches and can include handwoven straps for tying or not. Other custom weaving available for size (longer, shorter, smaller, bigger), colors and patterns, plus an opportunity to work with me to create a custom design/pattern and even a special opportunity to weave a “secret” or special message into the cloth.

My shrouds are woven as an exploration of grief and praise and to serve as comforting companion for the transition from life to death. The more I weave, the I more learn and explore and experiment with the threads. The shrouds, with their raw edges and small imperfections honor the passing of time and the transformation of sorrow into beauty.
