Abi Griffin and Sophia Campbell-Shaw of Woven Farewell Coffins
|
Founded by established basketmaker Sophia in 2018, Woven Farewell is passionate about contributing to the momentum of family-focused choices and authentically sustainable funeral options. Inspired by Sophia's formative and supported experience of bereavement as a young woman through her mother's death, Sophia wanted to create a coffin business which would offer families meaningful involvement. Woven Farewell Coffins is one of the only coffin companies globally to donate profit to charity, with 5% of profits supporting the Woodland Trust."
