I have been interested in plain pine coffins for years.When my father passed away in 2014, I built his plain pine coffin. I thought it was fitting since he had worked with me building several houses. Since then, I have been building coffins to sell. I am getting older and I enjoy working with wood inside rather than being out in the cold weather. I also feel strongly that natural burials are the best way to go since they are better for the environment, required by some religions and groups, and are more economical.
